Career and leadership coaching for professionals figuring out what comes next.
I’m Animesh Srivastav — an ICF-trained coach, product and AI lead, and mentor based in Munich. I've spent 14+ years building a career across India and Germany, from sales and strategy to product leadership and AI with the last 6 years at Amazon. Today, alongside my work as a Product & AI leader, I coach professionals navigating career moves, leadership challenges and those moments when the next step isn't clear 14+ years across Product, Strategy & AI · Amazon leader · MBA in Germany · ICF-trained coach
You might be here because
You are asking yourself questions like: '“I'm doing well, but I don't know what I want next.” “I want to move into Product / Strategy / AI but don't know how to position myself.” “I've been applying for jobs but I'm not getting the opportunities I expected.” "I am not sure how to upgrade my skills in today's world with AI" "I am appearing for interviews but unable to convert. How can I do better" “I've recently become a manager and I'm figuring out what kind of leader I want to be.” “I'm considering an MBA, another country, another company or a completely different career.” “On paper everything is fine. I'm just not sure this is what I want for the next five years.” Coaching is not therapy, and it is not someone telling you what to do. It is a structured conversation where we slow things down, look at what is really going on, and help you find answers that may already be somewhere within you. You do not need to arrive with a perfect question. Bring the situation as it is, and we will work through it together.
For situations when the next step matters, but isn’t clear yet.
You bring the situation you are dealing with - a career decision, leadership challenge, transition, or something that feels unclear. I ask questions, reflect what I’m hearing, and help you look at the situation from a few different angles. The goal: by the end of the conversation, you should understand yourself and your next step a little better.
Feedback from Clients I have mentored
Animesh helped to prepare me for a job interview at my company. I can honestly say that he did an exception job to get me ready. In the space of only a week, I felt ready and fully prepared. He also made himself available when needed and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

What we can work through
Coaching is a conversation built around where you are and where you want to go. Here's how I approach it with my clients.

Career coaching
Moving from product to leadership? Switching industries? I will clarify with you what transfers, what needs to change, and what step makes sense next

Adapting across cultures
A new country, company, role, or work culture can change how you see yourself. You & I will talk through what feels different and how to adapt without losing your own voice.

Leadership sessions
You’re taking on more responsibility, managing ambiguity, or trying to lead with more confidence. You & I work through what matters, what is expected, and how you want to show up.

Life stage alignment
You’ve done many of the “right” things — degrees, roles, moves, promotions. But now you’re asking what actually feels right for you next.
A 30 min conversation to see if this is useful for you
No pitch or commitment. Bring one thing you're trying to figure out and we'll use the time to think it through.
