About me
An ICF-trained coach for global professionals navigating career, leadership, and life transitions. Practical, grounded conversations that lead to real direction.
My Story
I moved from India to Germany for my MBA, and that decision changed the direction of my life. Since then, I’ve built a career across business, product, growth, AI, and leadership and currently working at Amazon in Munich. Along the way, I’ve had to learn how to adapt quickly, work across cultures, lead through ambiguity, and keep growing even when the next step was not obvious. That is a big part of why I coach. I enjoy helping people think through the questions that sit underneath career and life decisions: What do I really want next? What am I avoiding? What kind of leader do I want to become? What does success mean now? Outside work, I’m a book nerd, Arsenal fan, a lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely enjoys understanding people. I also volunteer, which keeps me connected to what has always mattered to me: using my time and experience to help others move forward.
The clarity method: a three-part framework
Each coaching conversation is structured in a way that it changes uncertainty into clear, actionable next steps for your career or life.

The grounding conversation
We start where you are and have a conversation about what brought you here.

The Situation Detailing
Together we map your situation. Not just the surface problem, but the underlying patterns shaping your decisions.

The confidence plan
From insight to action. You leave each session with a concrete next step, not just a new way to think about things.
